The routines, processes, and procedures of the classroom environment are supported by a token economy system that contains elements of game design.
Experience points - Students earn 1 point for on-task behavior for all classroom agenda items and to areas extending beyond classroom behavior (i.e. A.M. hallway time, specials, cafeteria, and homework completion)
Levels – Students advance levels as they accumulate experience points; entering a new level provides the student with classroom rewards/privileges
Achievement Badges – Awarded for reaching an academic or behavioral goal or demonstration of mastery. Achievement badges are attained through individual effort and through team accomplishments. Achievement Badges are presented at the start of the lesson.

- How can avatars move from level to level?
- How many points does it take to advance from one level to the next?
- What does the student earn when powering up a level?
- How is an Achievement Badge earned?
